I got into short-term rentals the way most people do — I saw an opportunity and jumped. What I didn't expect was how broken the tools were. Pricing was guesswork dressed up as science. Management was reactive instead of proactive. And the technology? It felt like it was built for the last decade.
So I built something better.
Hatch Capital started as a property management company. We scaled Elite Escapes to 300+ listings across vacation resorts, built relationships with Vrbo and major platforms, and learned the business from the inside out. Along the way, we started building our own AI tools — first for pricing, then for operations, then for everything.
That internal tooling became PricePulse AI — and it changed everything. Instead of just managing properties, we were now building the technology that could transform how the entire industry operates.
Today, Hatch Capital is a holding company for everything we're building. Property management. Premium vacation experiences. Strategic consulting. And at the center of it all — PricePulse AI, our agentic pricing engine that we believe will redefine revenue optimization in the STR space.
